What is PPGCS About?
Established in 1974, as a way
to get area professional photographers together to share
ideas, techniques, and resources, the Professional Photographers
Guild of Colorado Springs has enjoyed sustained and growing
success ever since.
PPGCS carries on what made
it a success over 30 years ago - a place to meet other professional
photographers, build lasting friendships with people who
share a similar passion for photography, and learn the tricks
of the trade that have worked for other successful professional
photographers.
Who can join PPGCS?

Full time professional photographers regardless
of specialty.

Part time professional photographers who
aspire towards full time career status.

Retired, past professionals wanting to
"stay in the loop" of changing trends and
techniques in photography.

Sustainers of the photographic industry
such as labs, suppliers, sales/ technical reps, ad and
modeling agencies and manufacturers.

Mission Statement
We will endeavor to adhere
to and enforce our Code
of Ethics, By Laws, and Constitution among our membership.
Since education is the key
to the door of advancement, we are committed to learning
all we can about out profession of photography, and to educating
the public - our clients - as to true professional levels
of quality of product and service.
Assisting our fellow photographers
is the best avenue of raising the level of professionalism
for all of us, so we are dedicated to helping each other
in whatever form opportunities present themselves.
