James Harris is a multi-award winning fine art landscape photographer and photo educator based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His love of photography started back in 1965 when his dad bought him a Kodak Instamatic camera for his 8th birthday. After James Harris had his first roll of film developed, he was hooked! He started his professional career in photography in 1978 with his first assignment for the National Park Service photographing the Bear’s Ears BLM area in southeast Utah.
