About the Event

This presentation is an overview of the 12 Elements of a Merit Image.  These 12 Elements are used to judge images for professional quality and prestigious awards within PPA competitions at the local, state, and national levels.  When you master these elements, your images will score better at competitions, you will gain the admiration of your peers, and your work will be recognized in PPA’s Imaging Excellence Collection exhibit during PPA’s annual convention, Imaging USA.
