About the Event
Tony Corbell will discuss and illustrate all types of lighting and its tools in depth.
Lighting tools include portable flash, studio strobes, sunlight, and ambient light. Lighting applications include additive, subtractive, reflective and transmission. Each combination of tool and application will be shown and discussed in detail.
Tony will discuss the importance of control in the digital capture and how a few seconds of extra time spent at time of capture can save hours in post-production. This high energy class will be for intermediate and advanced photographers only. In this class we will not slow down with elementary aspects of traditional lighting, rather explore things that can be new and different.
Tony has been teaching lighting techniques for more than 30 years. From 2016 to 2020 alone, Tony spoke to more than 30,000 professional photographers worldwide on the topic of light control and his numerous youtube videos and numerous highly popular Creative Live classes combined to reach over three million views.
