Jessica has a family wrapped up in musical talent and, naturally, a love for capturing musicians and their personal connections to their instruments. In this course she will walk you through her process of low key, studio portraits with two musicians & their instruments. 

The morning session will include photographing both musicians. One will be a more casual look and the other a fine art look for processing a painterly portrait. Students can expect to learn posing tips with instruments as well as some tips & tricks when photographing highly reflective objects such as instruments both in the studio and in post processing. 

Students will be able to get one pose per model for practicing what they have learned in the class and follow along with the afternoon edit. The afternoon edit will consist of one edit from one of the models going over tips for general post processing a portrait and one demo of Jessica's process with Painterly Fine Art editing.
